Dear Kate
Thank you for the latest ‘Love & guys’ edition of Women’s Health SA. Thank you especially for the booklet “The 21 hottest sex positions ever!” that was included with the mag. I’m intrigued.
The sex positions in the booklet are inspiring, except for the ‘wheel barrow’. That looks like hernia material. ‘Couch surfer’ looks gratifying, as does ‘the pretzel’. I’m curious, does ‘x-factor’ actually work? It looks like the angles are all wrong and I’m scared I might break something quite important to me. ‘The om’ looks great for some gentle intimacy. ‘The chairman’? What’s that about? Who came up (no pun intended) with that name? The picture and instructions mention a bed but doesn’t this work better in the board room? On the edge of the board room table? They’re normally so big…
I loved the fashion story page 114 ‘Dream date’ by Mari Groenewald (@MariGroenewald), shot by Mark Cameron (sorry Mark, I couldn’t find your Twitter name – according to Jeannie D (@Jeannieous ) you’re the best photographer in SA and we WANT to follow you!), though I have to say that I disagree with your choice of dream dates. Comedian Siv Ngesi (@iamSivN) is a great guy and all that but go to a cocktail party with him? You’re unlikely to get a word in edgeways! I get the ‘Dinner and dancing’ with model Lee Thompson though…
Great survey btw. I definitely go with the ‘rather lose a testicle than a limb’ vote. I cried at the end of Titanic too…
Keep up the good work, love what you’re doing. Interesting stuff. Would love to work with the mag. Shot for Shape when they were around, perhaps I could shoot for you too? You can view my work at deryckvs.com
All the best,
Deryck
